Introduction/ Background of Project:
Women's Enjoyment of Rights, Empowerment, and Leadership (WE'RE Leaders) project aims to enhance political empowerment and to let Pakistan's women enjoy their rights, particularly young and marginalized women and those who are at risk. Farmers Development Organization is smoothly running this project with technical support from the Trust for Democratic Education and Accountability (TDEA) to improve gender-responsive and inclusive systems of government, democratic institutions, and civil society organizations.
Key Highlights of the Projects are:
- 14528 Females were facilitated for CNICs registration and voter registration.
- 35000 females listed for CNIC and voter registration.
- Trainings of district level journalists on professional journalism.
