Capacity Building training of Project Staff & CRPs

The Farmers Development Organization (FDO) , with the financial support of the Pakistan Poverty Alleviation Fund (PPAF), has successfully completed the first phase of their 3-Days capacity-building training in District Bahawalpur. This training focused on social mobilization, health, and education, equipping CRPs and FDO Social Mobilization Staff with the essential tools to effectively implement the Restoring Social Services and Climate Resilience (RSS&CR) project. By strengthening their skills and knowledge, FDO staff and CRPs are now better equipped to engage with communities in community organizations formation, address local needs, and promote sustainable development.
